In the gleaming Center Eastern city of Dubai, where extravagance is great, and over-the-top lavishness is far and away superior, there’s no lack of fancy eateries. Some are more debauched than others. Here are our top 5 fine dining places that we love and enjoy every time we visit.
Dubai’s Billionaire Mansion
The exquisite dishes prepared by the Michelin-starred chefs do not disappoint with their price tags either. The venue is owned by Flavia Briatore, the Italian F1 boss.
Everything about the restaurant, is eye catching, from its well-suited staff to the tree planted in the middle of the restaurant.
The real life of the restaurant starts at 9 p.m. when the performances start, such as the silk ribbon dancers and the sultry jazz singers. As time passes, sparkler-equipped dances and bull-masked hover board riding staff start to wind between the tables which make the view no less than being in Safari.

The menu is split into two categories; Japanese and Italian. The food quantity is large, but not at all fussy.
The wasabi prawns with side lines of mango and golden passion fruit is all sweet, salty, and crunchy, just about the right size of everything is something worth trying.
Cavalli Club
From the ceiling hang huge chandeliers with Swarovski crystals to the large screen projectors projecting fashion shows on a wall the club is anything but subtle. Collaboration with Roberto Cavalli can be seen everywhere in the elevator wall lined with zebra print fabrics and the ladies’ gold restroom with its private illuminated mirror.
While Cavalli Club is unquestionably a party place with the DJ pumping up the music, regardless it offers a strong four-course Italian menu. Main dishes include the monkfish tail, the Mediterranean Sea bass. The red prawn’s carpaccio is definitely worth the splurge.
Heinz Beck’s Social

La Pergola’s (three-Michelin-starred restaurant) chef, Heinz Beck, opened his Italian cuisine restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah.
The restaurant is not only a classic luxury but also has a very modern twist with its wood floors, glass fronted kitchen and retro photos. This mantra is also incorporated in the menu.
Italian staples like tiramisu are completely turned. The interior makes one feel like they are part of high society in Europe. However, they have not lost the Dubai vibe which comes from the terrace that has a spectacular view of the resort’s ground and the Marina skyline.
The Fagottelli Carbonara is a mouth watering soft pasta filled with a buttery sauce and is something one should defiantly have.
Pierchic
Breath taking views of the sunset across the Arabian Gulf can be seen from a table at Pierchic. The romantic over the water destination also has a beautiful view of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah from their terrace. The food is delicious and elaborate, and so are their price tags.
The menu is dominated by the oysters, lobsters, and caviars. The quantity of food is pleasant. A main of Chilean sea bass can easily serve two. However, the smoky sweet potatoes take the lead with their rich caramelized taste.
Nobu
Nobu Gardens – for some great evening dining.
Ranked in the top three Japanese restaurants in Dubai is Nobu, located in Atlantis Hotel. The restaurant is globally recognized for its fantastic food and superb ambience.
Mesh screens and curved wooden beams decorate the restaurant and give the feel of being caught in a fish net, a very large and with a sexy twist. The menu is rich in Japanese fusion and has Arabic touches. However, it is most known for its Black Cod Miso and its lobster quinoa ceviche salad.
